Technology Stack / KNOWLEDGE BASE
How to Choose a Technology Stack for a Web Project
Technology should be selected after functional requirements, data, integrations, constraints, and the likely product roadmap are understood.
Do not start with a framework name
React, Vue, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, or another tool does not determine product quality by itself. The important question is whether the technology fits the problem.
A corporate website and a complex SaaS platform have very different architectural requirements even though both run in a browser.
Evaluate data and integrations
Data volume and structure affect database design, caching, search, imports, synchronization, and reporting.
If the product depends on many external APIs, queues, background jobs, retry mechanisms, and observability can become more important than the frontend framework.
Consider maintenance and the team
A technically impressive solution can still be a poor business choice if it is difficult to hire for, operate, test, or transfer to another team.
Production deployment, upgrades, debugging, documentation, and long-term maintainability should influence the stack decision.
Match the stack to the roadmap
An MVP that may grow into a larger product should leave room for expansion without over-engineering the first release.
The best stack is not the most complex one; it is the simplest architecture that reliably supports the current scope and credible next stages.

Define the MVP, architecture, integrations, timeline, and budget before moving into production development.
